Delivery Information
Overseas Delivery Charges:
If you wish to purchase an item as a gift and have it delivered to an overseas address, please contact us for delivery and pricing options.
The Ordering Process:
When you place your order online you will receive an email confirming delivery and order details.
Delivery details must be to an Urban or Rural (RD) address.
We do not courier to PO Boxes.
All deliveries to rural RD addresses will be via NZ Post.
We accept no responsibility for misplaced parcels if you provide an incorrect street address.
Processing Your order:
We process your order within two working days (excludes the weekend and public holidays) of the payment clearing.
Delivery:
New Zealand Post is used for Urban and Rural deliveries.
Deliveries with NZ Post do not require signatures.
North Island: 2 to 3 working days
South Island: 3 to 4 working days
Packaging:
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight/size of the shipment.
