Terms & Conditions
Our aim is to make shopping with Bakers Shoes & More a pleasurable experience and provide the following information to assist you.
Payments:
All our prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
We Accept:
Direct Bank Transfer.
Visa and Mastercard payments via the eWay payment gateway.
We Do Not Accept:
Cheques.
You can purchase online and pay cash on collection from our store at:

For online orders where you use the credit card option, you will be taken directly to our secure payment portal where you can safely use your credit card details to pay your order. Hair Scene will never be able to see your credit card details.
Pricing:
We do our utmost to make sure that our pricing is accurate.
With over 400 products on offer, it could accidentally happen that the pricing on a particular product could be inaccurate.
We do therefore reserve the right to cancel any such orders for which pricing was wrong or inaccurate without further notice to the customer and refund these payments promptly.
We will do our best to contact you and explain any issues which may arise.
Cancellation Of Orders:
In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.
While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services are accurate if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
We do therefore reserve the right to cancel any such orders for which pricing was wrong or inaccurate without further notice to the customer and refund these payments promptly.
Returns & Exchanges:
Need to return an item? No problem.
Items purchased from the store for personal or family use can be returned within 7 working days provided they are returned in new condition and have not been worn, altered, damaged or soiled.
Shoes must have the labels attached and be in the original packaging.
Items must be able to be returned to stock and sold as a new item.
Please Note:
- If products are not returned in the above condition we reserve the right not to refund and return costs will be charged. Refunds are refunded to the original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you need to return a product, we highly recommend using a track and trace courier service (The Post Office can do this for you, simply ask for a Track and Trace Courier Bag, and return to our address:
